The location is right on the water with a fantastic view of the beach and the Seven Mile Bridge… because of that, the sunsets here are incredible. If you can, plan your visit around sunset…it’s worth it. The food was excellent and the service matched it… friendly, attentive, and consistent. We were visiting from out of town on vacation and ended up coming back a couple of times because we enjoyed it so much, which says a lot. Great atmosphere, great views, great food, and solid service. Easy recommendation and a must-stop if you’re in Marathon.

A great place to watch the sunset and eat. They have cornhole set up behind the bar and the pool in the dining area is a nice feature after a long hot day. The mosquitos can be a bit of a drag, but the souvenir cup made up for it.
Food was great, H a d a Cuban Sandwich and Wife had a Salmon Bowl. View of the 7mile bridge was amazing. We will definitely be back for the breakfast menu.
Great place to stop as well. Not only at the sunset. For all ages, kids even have more fun to jump in the pool while you have a drink right next to the pool. Great view around you. Don’t forget to take the souvenir cup with you!
We had a wonderful dinner experience while visiting during our vacation. After a long kayak trip, we were nearby and already in swimsuits, so we visited. Our kids swam while we waited for a table. Perfect to kill time. Everyone enjoyed their food, our waitress made great recommendations and we saw a beautiful sunset. The mojitos were also very fresh and we got the souvenir glass. We would definitely go back!
Boom Boom shrimp for starters! My wife had the Surf and Turf. I had the Hogfish Sandwhich, Best fish Sandwich of my life topped with sautéed mushrooms,onions, and cheese! Blew me Away! Service was excellent! We shared the TITANIC mix drink wow! Really enjoyed every minute while watching the sunset! Great 15Year anniversary to us!
Very busy, loud, and crowdy place. Great atmosphere and excellent variety of beverages and cocktails. Don't drive there by yourself if you'd like to try them. Amazing choice of food for any ages and dietary preferences. We decided to try sushi part and overestimated our hungry eyes. They definitely did not match the capacity of our stomachs. The sushi were kind of overpriced but we still did not regret. To watch sunset come about 2 hours before, or more if your company is more than 4 people. With waiting time, order, and enjoying food, the sunset happens in front of you. Unfortunately, the sun is setting behind the road (not in the water) but still looks like in commercials. We left there about $120+tips and still thinksit worth it. Not for everyday but for special occasion or a date would be perfect.
Sunset Grille in Marathon is one of my absolute favorite spots in the Florida Keys and for very good reasons. The drinks are excellent and come in the best souvenir glasses you will find anywhere in the Keys, a small touch that makes a big impression. The food is very good across the board and the views over the ocean are simply the best in the area. There is a pool available while you wait for your meal or to enjoy after eating with the sea right in front of you, which is an experience in itself. You can arrive by car or by boat, adding to the overall charm of the place. My kids absolutely love it here and that says everything. A must visit every time we are in the Keys.
My wife and I ate dinner and later a breakfast here. We enjoyed the view. The service was very attentive. I was not impressed with the conch fritters with the level of breading. The shrimp salad was good. The side of Brussel Sprouts were spot on with small tender ones versus larger hard ones. Breakfast was superb with me ordering a custom omelet and my wife a bowl. We would return again.
